If I could sit down with you for a moment, there are so many things I would want to tell you.
You’re moving through life right now believing that everything around you is stable.
You believe the life you’ve built will continue exactly as it is.
You believe the people you love will always stand in the same places they stand today.
And in many ways, I envy that version of you.
You wake up each morning without knowing how much your life is about to change.
You don’t know the heartbreak that’s coming.
You don’t know the mistakes that will be made.
You don’t know the nights that will feel heavier than anything you’ve ever carried before.
If I could speak to you, I wouldn’t try to change the path you’re about to walk.
Because as painful as it becomes, that path is also where something important happens.
You grow.
You face parts of yourself that you didn’t understand before.
You learn how strong you really are.
There will be moments where you believe everything is lost.
Moments where you sit on the floor and wonder how you will ever stand up again.
But you do.
Slowly.
Day by day.
You begin rebuilding pieces of yourself you didn’t even know were broken.
You learn how to forgive yourself.
You learn how to protect your peace.
And you discover that the woman you become after everything falls apart is stronger, wiser, and more honest than the woman who existed before it happened.
So if I could leave you with one thing, it would be this:
When the world you know begins to shift beneath your feet, don’t believe that your life is ending.
It isn’t.
You are simply beginning the hardest and most important chapter of your growth.
And one day, the woman writing this letter will look back at you with compassion instead of regret.
Because without you…
she would never have become who she is today.
